Sign up via the registration page. After you sign up, we’ll first check whether your location fits the exclusive nature of Heispot. Once approved, your account will be activated and your location will appear on the website.

Receive booking requests

As soon as your location goes live, you'll start receiving requests from organizations, retreat groups, and individuals who want to discover your place.

Create an account, add your location, and receive your first booking request. No subscription, no obligations.

Adding your location is free—no subscription, no cancellation period. Heispot only earns a commission when a booking is made: 10% commission per booking, and 7% on amounts over €5,000 (ideal for multi-day retreats). The commission is included in your listed price; guests never pay more than your rate.

Heispot is designed for unique locations with a calming, inspiring, or spiritual atmosphere: monasteries, farms, forest cabins, country estates, quiet retreat centers, and wellness resorts. Urban meeting venues are outside our target audience.

Our guests include teams looking for an offsite, yoga and meditation groups, coaches who organize retreats, and individuals seeking time for themselves. A dedicated and discerning audience.

Yes. Every request is sent to you, and you decide for yourself whether to accept it. You're always in control of who comes to your place.

You can manage your availability in your own Heispot dashboard. You can automatically sync with Google Calendar and other calendars via iCal. This helps you avoid double bookings.
